Positive: The quadruple room was spacious, bright, and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. There was a beautiful patio with a table and chairs, and the grounds were gorgeous (often used for weddings).
Negative: Difficult to find - we got to the right area but couldn't identify the property. Eventually drove into an auto-repair courtyard to turn the car around, and flagged down someone to ask. Turned out that was the property and the person worked there and was able to point out the room and parking. It's called an "Aparthotel", which implies a kitchenette. There is one (see picture below), but the stove is unplugged (unusable) and there are almost no plates or utensils. The host vehemently claimed that the property description clearly states that the kitchen is purely for decoration (except for the kettle and fridge), but this was NOT true (hopefully they change this in the future). We arrived at 9pm and knew there is no place to eat anywhere close by at that hour, so we brought food to cook. We had to throw it all out and sleep hungry after a very long journey. There were only 2 chairs in the quadruple room so we had to sit on the floor - to be expected in a hotel room but not an "aparthotel". We were able to site outside though because the weather was nice. It wasn't very hot during our stay so we kept the windows closed, but on a hot day there would likely be many mosquitos as there is no air conditioning and no screens on the windows (though this seems common practice in Germany for some reason). The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the property was beautiful, so knowing what we know now we might stay again, but we would NOT RECOMMEND it to others unless the following changes are made: 1. The description is updated to CLEARLY state there is no usable kitchen (only a fridge and kettle), so guests should not arrive hungry. 2. Clear directions and instructions with photos are provided for how to access the property / unit. The address provided only gets you in the general area.

Positive: The location was great,nature and the accomodation Also.
Negative: There is missing the environment of a professional team who have to make your holiday very relaxed. Missing a lot of things ..No clean rooms with dog hair and dead insects. You cannot have a kitchen because they remove the Owen and the microwave. Plenty of different issues, no internet.... Also at 6 pm when we arrive they still don't give us the apartment for reception,asking to show them the payment. Really good apartment but not for a family travel holiday. Staff missing information with all guests around.

Negative: The guest house was unprofessional. We reserved one apartment with a kitchen and TV with a fridge and when we arrived,they didn't respect the arrangement from booking and gave us a very small room without a kitchen and 3 small beds without a TV and no fridge. No internet. Very sorry but this is disrespectful for the guests.
